The role We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused finance professional to support our media finance operations across supplier payments, client invoicing, campaign reconciliations, reporting and finance systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across finance, media operations and technology, with the confidence to troubleshoot system issues, improve processes and partner closely with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities Thorough high-volume reconciliation of media expenditure, investigating and resolving any discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders, managing end to end media supplier payment runs Manage media publisher, site and client accounts within our media planning and finance systems Maintain strong relationships and communication with media owner and client finance teams Conduct media campaign reconciliations and identify any requirement for reinvestment Manage a portfolio of media client billings, project billings and Job Cost Reporting Communicate agency deadlines and support training on systems and finance processes Support trade supplier payments and monthly bank reconciliations when required. Act as finance lead and key troubleshooter for media planning system matters, working with the software provider and internal stakeholders to improve system performance and provide agency user support. Support the design and maintenance of robust Excel models, including data consolidation and automated workflows using advanced formulas. Adopt and support company AI tools, assisting the Finance Director with reporting and task automation. What you will to bring to Team Together 2+ years of accounting experience in a commercial environment, with a good understanding of all finance functions and how they contribute to the wider business. Hands on experience and confidence in working with billing cycles and supplier payment processes. Strong reconciliation skills, with the ability to identify anomalies and understand the importance of balancing accounts and investigating variances Intermediate - Advanced Excel capability and an interest in automation, reporting improvement and AI-enabled ways of working Ability to pick up new software, with the confidence to train others Strong attention to detail and a commitment to deliver accurate, timely financial processing Excellent communication skills are essential, to confidently and accurately communicate information to and from agency team members, clients and suppliers Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proven track record of consistently meeting deadlines.
