RESPONSIBILITIES Operate and oversee CNC machinery to produce precision components. Assemble aluminium windows and doors to a high standard. Read and interpret production drawings and specifications. Work collaboratively with the wider manufacturing team to meet production deadlines. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Experience in aluminium joinery, CNC operation, or manufacturing is an advantage. Or a strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn. A keen eye for detail and pride in producing quality workmanship. Reliable, motivated, and able to work effectively in a team. Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work.
