About the Role Step into a pivotal clinical leadership role where your experience will help shape the delivery of safe, high-quality maternity care. Working alongside the Clinical Midwife Manager, you will provide day-to-day clinical coordination, support decision making, and guide midwives and nurses across the service. This an opportunity to remain connected to clinical practice while developing others and strengthening the experience of women, pēpi, and whānau. You lead through collaboration, sound judgement, and manaakitanga, with a strong commitment to culturally safe care and improving outcomes for women, pēpi, and whānau.
