One Picture is seeking a Field Lead for GravitasOPG, the Govt and Social research team within the One Picture NZ group. You will own and coordinate the day-to-day staffing, rostering and operational delivery of fieldwork projects, acting as the main point of contact for fieldwork delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone who ensures schedules and people align to project needs.
