Job Description
Are you an experienced distribution and logistics leaderwho enjoys keeping operations moving, solving problems and finding better waysto work? We’re looking for a Distribution & Logistics Managerto join our Auckland Support Office and take responsibility for the day-to-dayperformance of distribution, logistics and planning activities across the Corysnetwork. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibilityfor third-party logistics, freight, transport and distribution performance,while leading a small team supporting supply, demand and product availabilityacross the business. What you will be doing You’ll lead the day-to-day distribution and logisticsoperation, working closely with our 3PL, freight partners, suppliers, branchesand internal teams to keep product moving efficiently across the network. You’ll also lead our supply and demand planning team,oversee operational performance and service levels, and use data and insight toidentify issues, improve processes and deliver better outcomes for the businessand our customers. What you will bring You’ll bring solid experience across distribution,logistics or supply chain, along with proven leadership capability andconfidence managing external service providers and multiple stakeholders. You’ll be commercially minded, practical andsolutions-focused, with strong problem-solving skills and a good understandingof planning, inventory and distribution. Experience in a wholesale,distribution or multi-site environment would be an advantage. What you will get?
