Coach Force Officer - Bay of Plenty Rowing Association This is a unique leadership opportunity to influence the future of rowing by supporting coaches across all stages of development - from experienced performance coaches to first-time parent volunteers. The successful candidate will play a central role in strengthening coaching capability, growing participation, and embedding a positive athlete-centred culture throughout the Bay of Plenty rowing community. Working closely with Rowing New Zealand, the successful candidate will also serve as the North Island Coach Educator, leading the delivery of Rowing New Zealand's coach education programmes across the North Island and helping to ensure coaches are connected, supported, and aligned with national coaching standards, systems, and development pathways.
