About the Role As a Casual Resident Services Representative, you'll provide cover for annual leave, sick leave, training, and other roster gaps within our Resident Services team. You'll be a key point of contact for our Independent Living residents, delivering outstanding customer service while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the village. No two shifts are the same. One day you might be supporting resident wellbeing checks, the next assisting with an event or helping coordinate resident services. What You'll Be Doing Welcoming residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism Conducting resident inductions and welfare checks Responding to resident requests and service enquiries Assisting with village events and activities Supporting resident transport, including driving the village buggy Providing reception and administrative support Maintaining resident information and records Assisting with first response and first aid requirements as needed What We're Looking For You'll thrive in this role if you're someone who enjoys helping others and creates positive experiences through every interaction. You'll bring: Customer service experience in hospitality, healthcare, administration, retail, or a similar environment A caring, empathetic approach and genuine enjoyment of working with older people Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confidence using technology and administration systems The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure A current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) A full New Zealand driver's licence (essential) Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays when required Why Join Us?
