As a Montessori early childhood teacher, you will be responsible for continuing to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children aged 2 to 6 years old, reporting to the centre manager who will greatly assist in any development aspirations you have.Teacher registration renewal, first aid. Responsibilities Develop and implement Montessori-based curriculum and lesson plans for early childhood education Inspire a love of learning in young children through our creative teaching program. Observe and document each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Requirements Certificate in early childhood education. Montessori certification and previous experience teaching in a Montessori setting, although not essential, but must be willing to learn. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Passion for working with young children and commitment to providing quality education.
