Tend Health Ltd in New Zealand is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to deliver outstanding service and support, liaising with patients, their families and care providers. You will be the go-to for resolving issues and helping the clinical team to improve patient experiences. Training is in person at one of our Auckland, Tauranga or Christchurch clinics. After training, shifts run Wednesday to Saturday from 9pm to 7am, contributing to accessible, timely and safe care for our community. #J-18808-Ljbffr
