Job Description
The Big Idea is seeking a Music Director for a three-year term beginning November 2026 to lead the Christchurch Schools’ Music Festival. You will collaborate with group conductors to guide theme selection and rehearsal programming, and to oversee production values and team cohesion. You will conduct massed choir pieces as part of the festival, with support from the Association Executive.
