We are seeking an experienced pastoral leader to join our strong pastoral team and to make a real difference in the lives of our students. As aCommunity Leader (Dean), you will: lead and support 12 Whānau Coaches in your community oversee and manage the pastoral care of approximately 300 students grow teacher capacity to be effective academic and pastoral mentors work collaboratively with students, middle and senior leaders, and families to ensure every student feels supported and connected promote and uphold our restorative approach. You will have demonstrated highly effective pedagogy and experience as a whānau coach, tutor teacher, house leader, or dean. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and whānau are essential. The role includes a teaching component.
