You are professional, creative, have a passion for good food, and thrive on working in a busy, high volume kitchen environment working with the freshest ingredients. You'll have a can-do attitude and be able to work autonomously, while maintaining high standards. You will also bring: At least 1 years' experience in a fast-paced restaurant or similar kitchen Understanding of, and basic abilites in using equipment found in kitchen Proven experience in a busy restaurant or large hotel kitchen Flexibility to work across different shift patterns including weekends & nights These roles work across our many kitchensand is a great chance to be part of, and learn from, some of the most experienced people in thehospitality/culinary industry.
