To help us with this, we are searching for a fixed-term Customer Care SME to join our team in Head Office, Invercargill. What you’ll be busy with: Supporting the delivery of the Future Bank programme within scope, on time and within agreed budget. Supporting stream leads to define business problems, gather and analyse information, consult with stakeholders and identifying practical resolutions. Contributes to the review of current business processes and in conjunction with current stakeholders recommends opportunities for improvement. Assists with customer migration to new platform. Investigates and evaluates new software options to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies. What you’ll bring: Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent business analyst experience. Experience gathering, documenting and translating business requirements into clear process, system and change deliverables. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess options, risks, impacts and benefits. Ability to map current processes, identify improvement opportunities and support practical solutions in a Contact Centre environment. Confident working with stakeholders to clarify needs, facilitate discussion and support successful change. Experience supporting testing, implementation and embedding of process and system changes. This role is full-time, fixed term until the end of December 2027. Applicants must be based in Invercargill or willing to re-locate. This role would suit applicants from a Business Analyst background.
