The Role (in a sentence) You’ll lead the day to day management of multi channel campaigns, guiding projects from brief to delivery while building trusted client relationships and ensuring work is executed efficiently, collaboratively and to a high standard. What You'll Be Doing End to end management of campaigns across shopper, retail, digital, social, OOH and promotions Developing clear creative briefs and guiding internal teams through delivery Managing timelines, approvals, workflow and client communication Reviewing creative work for accuracy, quality and alignment Overseeing project budgets, reconciliations and commercial performance Building strong, proactive relationships with clients Coordinating suppliers, production partners and internal teams Contributing to account growth by spotting opportunities and elevating briefs Who You Are 2-4+ years in an integrated, shopper, creative or digital agency Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns A natural communicator with strong client leadership skills Organised, detail focused and calm under pressure Commercially minded with confidence managing budgets and profitability Collaborative, solutions oriented and proactive in your approach Comfortable reviewing creative work and guiding internal teams Some of the Perks Wellness Days & EAP Access 2 Weeks Work-From-Anywhere per year Hybrid Work Model + Loyalty Leave A genuinely supportive, values led team Sound like your kind of role?
