Mō te tūnga | About the role As Manager, Financial Planning & Business Partnering, you’ll lead IHC’s financial planning, reporting, management accounting, and partnering functions to support organisation wide decision‑making. Leading a team of finance professionals, you’ll build capability, drive continuous improvement, and help establish a centre of financial excellence that strengthens performance and supports sustainable, quality outcomes for the people IHC supports. You’ll also: Provide financial decision support to leaders and governance. Embed insight‑led business partnering across the organisation. Build capability and drive continuous improvement. Contribute to a centre of financial excellence. We are seeking an experienced senior finance leader who is organised, collaborative, and confident working with executive stakeholders. You will bring strong people leadership, the ability to build team capability, and proven experience leading financial planning and business partnering functions that support strategic and operational decision‑making. You will also have: A CA qualification, or equivalent. Senior finance planning, reporting, accounting, or partnering experience. Strong budgeting, forecasting, modelling, reporting, and analysis skills. The ability to turn complex information into clear insights and advice. Experience influencing senior leaders and governance stakeholders. Understanding of governance, stewardship, risk, funding, and sustainability. Nōu te rourou | What's in it for you?
