Wellington Medical Centre seeks a PCN Care Co-ordinator Data Analyst to support QoF and research activities. You will run clinical searches, analyse data from EMIS Web and other sources, produce practice-level QOF reports and dashboards, and help with coding quality to improve QOF achievement.
