Based Taupo/Tokoroa area with support to Rotorua Hospital as required Permanent 0.5 fte *This role is intended for Health NZ employees only* Nurse specialist role supporting patients through their oncology treatment in the Taupo and Tokoroa districts. About the Role The role is to support treatment for oncology patients throughout diagnosis, treatment and post treatment. An opportunity to be a valued member of a small team and to support patients and families through difficult times. As a Nurse Specialist communicating with patients, families and the wider oncology team, an opportunity to work in a given area supported by the oncology team. About the Team/Service/ Location The candidate will be based in the Taupo area and support colleagues in Rotorua as needed. Our team has nurse specialist, psychologist, medical oncology registrar and consultants.
