Pendle Borough Council is seeking a self-motivated Housing Needs Officer to manage a caseload, conduct housing options and homelessness interviews, and handle enquiries as required. You will need strong organisational skills to juggle competing workloads at peak times; a good knowledge of homelessness legislation is desirable, with proven experience in assessment, housing advice and welfare benefits essential.
