The Role As an experienced Parts Assistant with Truckstops Tauranga, you will support both external customers and internal service operations by delivering timely, accurate aftermarket parts solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor to customers and a dependable partner to workshop technicians, you will ensure parts requirements are met efficiently, communicate updates proactively, and contribute to a seamless service experience. You will also strengthen existing customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and drive growth through consultative selling and value-added service. What's in it for you? Comprehensive experience in automotive parts management, including sourcing and procurement, inventory control, product knowledge, supplying parts to support workshop operations, invoicing, and maximising sales opportunities through effective upselling and cross-selling Able to identify, implement and drive Continuous Improvement within the Parts Department Passionate about Health and Safety and not afraid to challenge breaches Above all we’re looking for someone who is values-driven, collaborative, and committed to supporting both their teammates and customers to achieve the best possible outcomes About Us Truckstops is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sime Motors.
