This is hands‑on, meaningful work where you’ll help build and maintain the infrastructure our communities rely on every day. You’ll be part of a crew that backs each other, works side by side, and takes pride in doing Good Work. The vibe is down to earth and friendly, but when it counts, we switch on and deliver to a high standard. If you like variety, practical problem solving, and being part of a team that keeps moving forward, this could be your place. Build, install, repair, and maintain formwork, boxing, retaining structures, and other timber or concrete‑related elements. Read and ork from plans, specifications, and site instructions to deliver quality outcomes. Work safely and contribute to a strong health, safety, and wellbeing culture on site. Support the wider crew with day‑to‑day site activities and help keep projects moving. Experience in civil carpentry, construction, or a closely related field. A Practical, hands‑on approach and the ability to carry out the inherent requirements of the role. Confidence Working outdoors in varying weather conditions and on active construction sites. A Team‑focused attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality. A Full Class 1 licence, with additional licences, endorsements, or relevant tickets being an advantage. At Fulton Hogan, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the tools and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with us. You’ll have access to: Medical insurance and Life insurance after the eligibility period. KiwiSaver employer contributions after service milestones, up to 7%. Great discounts at a wide range of retailers. At Fulton Hogan, Good Work is at the heart of everything we do. We’re a team of real people doing work that matters, and we do it in a way that’s flat, friendly, and forward moving. Titles matter less than ideas here. We back our people to speak up, step up, and grow. We take the work seriously, not ourselves. That means a supportive team, honest expectations, and plenty of opportunity to build your career while helping shape the future of Central Otago’s infrastructure. Fulton Hogan is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive workplace and encourages applications from people of all backgrounds. All successful candidates must complete a pre‑employment medical and drug and alcohol screen. #J-18808-Ljbffr
