Community Ministries Programme Facilitator - Tauranga Case-management that empowers people through life challenges Connecting into a network of solutions that strengthen resilience Working with people passionate about making a difference We are looking for a Programme Facilitator to build relationships and engagement with people, supporting them towards improved wellbeing including gaining knowledge and skills, reaching their goals and attained their goals. Key tasks will be to: Facilitate engaging wellbeing and personal development programmes. Recruit, welcome, and support programme participants. Build positive and trusting relationships with people from diverse backgrounds. Encourage participants to grow in confidence, resilience, and practical life skills. Connect people with Community Ministries, Corps, and wider community support opportunities. Maintain programme records and contribute to reporting requirements. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for our community. Mōu ake - About you: Our ideal person will: Experience facilitating groups, workshops, educational programmes, training, coaching, or community initiatives. Experience in social services, community development, youth work, education, or a related field. An understanding of, and connection to, Tauranga Moana would be highly beneficial Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. An understanding of and respect for people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Strong organisational and administration skills, including competency in Microsoft Office. A full, clean New Zealand driver's licence. The legal right to work in New Zealand.
