Help shape the future ofvocational education in Aotearoa The Services Industry SkillsBoard (Services ISB) is playing a pivotal role in New Zealand's vocationaleducation and training transformation. We work closely with industry toidentify workforce needs, develop qualifications and standards, and support learnersand employers across sectors including retail, hospitality, tourism, contactcentres, and business services. We're looking for an organised,creative and proactive Communications & Project Coordinator to joinour team. This is a varied role where you'll combine communications expertise,project coordination, administration support, and event delivery to help drivemeaningful outcomes for industry and learners throughout Aotearoa. For moreinformation about the role of the Services ISB can be found here: Services ISB About the role Reporting to the Head ofEngagement, Partnerships & Culture, you'll play a key role in deliveringengaging communications, coordinating projects and events, and supporting thesmooth operation of the organisation. No two days will be the same.You'll be involved in everything from developing content and managingstakeholder communications to coordinating qualification review activities andorganising industry events. What you’ll do Deliver engaging communications across email,web, social media, and other channels. Create and coordinate content that showcases thework and impact of Services ISB. Provide project coordination and administrativesupport across key organisational initiatives. Coordinate meetings, workshops, and industryevents from planning through to delivery. Manage organisational systems, records, andcommunications tools. Build positive relationships with colleagues,stakeholders, and industry partners. Contribute to continuous improvement acrosscommunications, events, and business processes. What you'll bring We're looking for someone who ishighly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys balancing communications,coordination, and relationship-building responsibilities. You'll ideally have: Experience in communications, marketing, projectcoordination, administration, or a similar role. Strong written communication skills and the ability to create engaging content. Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience coordinating events, workshops, orstakeholder engagement activities. Confidence using Microsoft 365 and digitalcommunication tools. A collaborative approach and the ability tobuild strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
