About You We are looking for an enthusiastic pharmacist with a good work ethic, enjoys working as part of a team, has excellent interpersonal skills and a strong desire to learn. Hospital experience is preferred but not mandatory. If you are considering a switch to hospital and have a willingness to learn, you will find you are well supported with your transition. Key tasks include: Provisionof a full clinical pharmacy service including medication reconciliation,therapeutic drug monitoring and answering medicines information enquiries. Involvementin interdisciplinary education Supervision,training and support of technicians, interns and students Medicationsupply including dispensing and cytotoxic ordering Skills & Experience: QualifiedPharmacist who is NZ registered or with the ability to obtain a New ZealandAnnual Practicing Certificate Hospitalexperience preferred but not essential Goodcommunication skills Adaptableto changing team environments Candemonstrate a positive learning mindset Working at Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuringexcellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
