Role Description This is an on-site, contract role based at Imperial Vaults in Auckland for a Customer Service, Sales & Marketing Specialist. The role involves greeting and assisting visitors, managing customer inquiries in person and over the phone, and guiding clients through safe deposit box options and rental processes. The specialist will handle bookings, maintain accurate records, and support customers in accessing their lockers while upholding security and confidentiality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities also include promoting services, supporting sales campaigns, assisting with marketing activities such as social media updates or basic content creation, and collaborating with the team to improve customer experience and satisfaction. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on professionalism and reliability. Candidates should possess skills in Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring clients feel secure, informed, and valued. Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and clear communication skills for handling calls and inquiries. Relevant experience in sales or marketing, particularly in service-based or security-focused environments, is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Auckland, manage confidential information responsibly, and follow security protocols is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency (email, CRM or booking systems) are preferred.
