Doist is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead the Processing department on the Afternoon shift (3pm–11:30pm, Monday to Friday) in Hamilton, New Zealand. You’ll be on the floor, solving problems and guiding a team of about 14–16 staff to keep production running smoothly. This is not office‑based or management‑only; you’ll lead from the front, use data to drive productivity, manage workloads and training, and make timely decisions to minimise downtime and RM spend. #J-18808-Ljbffr
