Job Description About the role | Ko te mahi nei You’ll provide high-quality executive support to the CEO and leadership team, enabling them to operate effectively through high-level administrative, governance, and coordination support. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role at the heart of our organisation, where your professionalism, discretion, and proactive approach will help move key work forward across the organisation. In this role, you’ll support our executive team by: Managing the CEO’s calendar, communications, and priorities, ensuring time is protected for what matters most Preparing briefs, reports, presentations, and meeting materials to equip the CEO for informed decision-making Supporting Board and governance processes, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking Coordinating travel, events, and logistics Acting as a trusted liaison between the executive team and internal and external stakeholders, handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism This role is 20 hours per week, preferably worked across Monday to Thursday. Desired Skills and Experience You’ll be an experienced executive assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You're a highly organised and proactive professional known for your ability to anticipate needs before they arise. You’ll bring: Proven experience as a senior executive assistant or in a similar role supporting a CEO or senior executive team Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft documents, reports, and correspondence to a high standard Strong organisational and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities A proactive, can-do attitude with sound judgement, resilience, and the confidence to work independently while staying closely aligned with leadership Strong digital skills and experience using a range of business tools and platforms We understand recruitment processes can be challenging, if you require any extra support or adjustments to help you participate, please reach out to us at [email protected].
