About You | Mou Previous experience in an ECE environment is an advantage, but we'll also consider candidates who demonstrate: A passion for teaching tamariki and building a career in ECE An approachable nature that makes our whanau and tamariki feel truly at home. Plenty of initiative and a proactive "can-do" spirit to keep our daily flow moving. Great communication skills to build quick rapport with everyone in our community. A heart for following a child’s lead and a genuine drive to grow your own skills. Integrity in every interaction with our team and families. Applicants must hold NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
