About the Role Applications are invited from enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are willing to join our team in Children's Ward as a Health Care Assistant. The role is 0.5 FTE working rostered and rotating shifts (AM and PM) shifts. Some knowledge and understanding of the health care system would be an advantage. Computer skills are essential. Administrative duties are a significant part of this role. About You We have a dynamic, respectful and supportive team on the ward. Team members are professional, friendly and team focused. The successful candidate will be working with the nursing staff, other health care assistants and clerical staff to deliver high standard of service and day to day running of the ward. We have multi-disciplinary team approach to provide best outcomes for our patients. We offer supportive workplace culture with commitment to your ongoing professional development. This includes comprehensive orientation to the role, training and excellent team support. You will be supported to undertake New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing course, Level 4.
