Support Worker - Tauranga (Part time)

Permanent part time positions - (30 to 50 hours per fortnight) Shift lengths will vary but you must have availability for rostered shifts between 7am and 7pm. Weekend availability is required Mō te tūnga | About the role You'll be working with people who have complex needs, providing person-centred support, managing risk, promoting safety, and delivering individualised care. Previous relevant experience is preferred, but more importantly, we are looking for someone with varied life experience and the right attitude. Brings previous experience in support work, caregiving, or personal care (preferred but not essential). Remains calm under pressure and is confident supporting people with complex needs and behaviours. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to build meaningful relationships Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends. Comfortable and proficient in using computers and tablets daily. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Physical fitness to provide necessary physical support. Full NZ driver's license is required. Must have full legal rights to work in NZ.
