Were looking for an experienced and forward-thinking People & Culture Business Partner to join our team and help drive meaningful, system-wide change. In this role, youll play a critical part in delivering impactful P&C initiatives that align with organisational priorities, strengthen leadership capability, and embed culturally safe, sustainable practices. What youll be doing Partnering with senior leaders to align People & Culture strategies with organisational priorities and drive performance Leading and supporting system wide change that improves outcomes for our people and the communities we serve Championing engagement, wellbeing, and culturally safe practices that nurture a resilient, inclusive workforce Providing expert advice on organisational design, talent development, and performance Proactively managing risk, compliance, and health & safety within your portfolio Using insights and data to inform decisions and continuously improve how we work About the Team Youll be part of a high-performing team of People & Culture partners who learn from one another, share their strengths, and are committed to growing together while leading diverse portfolios. About you Youre a seasoned People & Culture professional who combines strategic thinking with genuine care for people. Youre confident influencing at a senior level, thrive in complexity, and are motivated by the opportunity to make a difference at scale. Proven experience in a senior HR/P&C partnering role within a complex environment Strong ability to influence and build credibility with diverse stakeholders Experience leading or contributing to large-scale change initiatives Sound knowledge of employment relations, organisational development, and workforce planning A data-informed, solutions-focused approach A strong commitment to equity, cultural safety, and improving outcomes for all #J-18808-Ljbffr
