Ventia (Through Skout Solutions) are seeking a capable and adaptable Contract Administrator to join a supportive team at their Palmerston North Hospital Contract employed for the next 6 months. About the Role Working within a busy project environment, you'll provide essential Contract Administration support across a range of functions including purchase orders, accounts administration, and payroll support. You'll be joining a small, highly supportive team where everyone pitches in to help each other succeed. With guidance from an experienced Project Accountant and plenty of support available, this is an environment where people genuinely enjoy helping one another. Ideally, we're looking for someone who can work across all weekdays. Key Responsibilities General work order and compliance administration in SAP and HVS systems as it relates to service delivery and subcontractor management Provide administrative support for contract meetings, including internal and client meetings Provide support and leave coverage for fleet management and subcontractor management functions as required by workflow demand, or leave Coordinate client requests for information in liaison with senior management Coordinate uniform requirements on site, including ordering, dispatch and recording Coordinate all employee onboarding, including but not limited to; uniform, phone, devices, permits and passes Assist with the administration of the contract SharePoint, ensuring currency of information and contents, appropriate approval and access management Ensure contract files are maintained according to administrative and quality procedures Maintain contract communications, including distribution (email) lists, phone directory Coordinate supplier and stationery ordering and distribution across both sites Assist with shared mailbox coordination Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of systems and processes to drive efficiency Other duties as may be required About You Experience in an administrative role (Ideally within a project or contract environment) Basic accounting knowledge Experience with large accounting systems including purchasing, costing, billing and accounts payable Computer literacy - advanced skills using Microsoft programmes (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent time management and organisation skills Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team environment Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong and effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities and duties What's on Offer? $31.50/per hour across the next 6 months Supportive and collaborative team culture Meaningful work within the healthcare sector Ongoing support and training Please Note This is a casual position, with hours offered for the next 6 months There is no onsite parking available as the contract is based on the hospital grounds, there is however parking on side streets. working hours Full-Time #J-18808-Ljbffr
