Enrolment Advisor

We are looking for an Enrolment Advisor to join ourEnrolment Operations and Student Information team, to provide high quality andtimely enrolment services to current and prospective learners.TheInternational and Domestic Enrolment teams will work in a cross functional wayto support each other as required. Key tasks: Providing high quality, accurate advice and support tolearners in person, by email and by telephone Learn and furtherdevelop a knowledge base about a portfolio of WelTec and Whitireiaprogrammes Attend recruitment andmarketing events and provide advice to learners Support the Team Leader,Advising, with process improvement. To succeed in this role, you should have proven experiencein customer service, ideally in the tertiary environment. You’ll need toget to grips with a portfolio of subject areas but also have the potential todevelop an extensive knowledge of WelTec and Whitireia subject areas.
