ProgrammeLead – Industry-Led Subjects Services Industry Skills Board (ISB) Remote | 12-Month Contract | Option to Extend Te Āhua oTe Tūranga – The Nature of the Position We're looking for an experiencedProgramme Lead to lead Services ISB's contribution to the Ministry ofEducation's Industry-Led Subjects programme. Services ISB has been commissionedby the Ministry of Education to lead the development of two Industry-LedSubjects for senior secondary education. These subjects will create meaningfulpathways between school, tertiary education and employment, helping learnersbuild the skills and knowledge needed for future success in New Zealand'sservices industries. As Programme Lead, you willprovide strategic and operational leadership to ensure programme milestones,governance requirements and deliverables are successfully achieved. Workingclosely with the Ministry of Education, other Industry Skills Boards, industryrepresentatives, subject matter experts, Māori stakeholders and sharedprogramme services, you will drive collaboration across multiple organisationsto deliver meaningful outcomes. This opportunity is ideal for ahighly organised and proactive programme leader who thrives in complexenvironments, enjoys building strong relationships and can successfullynavigate ambiguity while maintaining momentum towards key deliverables. Lead the end-to-end delivery of Services ISB'sIndustry-Led Subjects programme Develop and maintain programme plans,schedules and work programmes Act as Services ISB's lead programmerepresentative with the Ministry of Education Coordinate programme workstreams and ensuredelivery against agreed milestones and contractual obligations Lead industry engagement activities, workshopsand consultation processes Build productive relationships with theMinistry of Education, other Industry Skills Boards, industryrepresentatives and Māori stakeholders Prepare governance papers, programme reportsand compliance reporting Manage programme budgets, risks, issues,dependencies and deliverables Support procurement and contract managementactivities where required What You'llBring Demonstrated experience leading complexprogrammes or major projects Experience working within New Zealandgovernment, education or public sector environments Experience managing budgets, risks, reportingand programme performance Excellent facilitation, workshop andstakeholder engagement skills Proven ability to build trusted relationshipsacross government, industry and education sectors Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi andculturally responsive engagement practices Strong organisational, communication andinfluencing skills The ability to work independently andeffectively within a lean, high-performing organisation Why JoinServices ISB?
