Empowers kaiako by prioritising staff wellbeing, mentoring teachers, and cultivating a culture of continuous growth. Is highly organised and adaptable, with a proven ability to translate strategic vision into smooth daily operations. Grounded in neurodiversity, trauma-informed, and restorative practices, with SENCo experience preferred. This position has components of classroom release and SENCo responsibilities. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work alongside the principal to co-construct how the role will work once appointed.
