HR Advisor

Are you ready to take the next step? At Corys Electrical,we are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join our smallHR team based at our Auckland Support Office. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to growtheir HR advisory experience in a practical, hands-on role. You will gainexposure across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance,engagement, HR processes, reporting and people-related projects, workingclosely with the National HR Manager. What you will be doing You will provide practical HR support and advice tomanagers and employees across our branch and support office network. You will help managers work through people matters early,fairly and consistently. This will include supporting recruitment andonboarding, preparing employment documentation, assisting with employmentrelations processes, supporting performance conversations, contributing toengagement and change activity, and helping improve HR processes and reporting. You will also work closely with payroll to ensureemployee changes and documentation are accurate and completed on time. This isa broad HR role where no two days will be the same. You will be trusted to takeownership, ask questions, follow through and build strong working relationshipsacross the business. What you will bring You will bring strong organisation, attention to detailand confidence working with confidential information. You will have practicalHR experience, a good understanding of NZ employment legislation, and theability to communicate clearly with managers and employees at all levels. Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employmentdocumentation, performance processes or employee relations will help yousucceed in this role. Exposure to payroll processes, HR reporting or amulti-site business would be an advantage. Most importantly, you will bring a practical andpeople-focused approach, sound judgement, and a willingness to learn, grow andget involved.
