PaySauce is looking for a Customer Support Manager to lead the inbound, reactive care team and own the service model as we migrate customers to a new payroll experience. You’ll work across the wider Customer Experience group, including Customer Operations, Customer Success and Product, guiding processes and escalation paths through a period of growth.
