You’ll take the lead and coordinate organisational projects and programmes while delivering strategic communications and engagement activities that support LinkPeople's objectives. You’ll also work across the organisation and with a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, operational teams, funders, government agencies, community partners, and the people we support. Together, you’ll help deliver initiatives that strengthen housing outcomes and organisational performance. This is a fixed-term, full-time position through to September 2027, based at our Manukau office. You’ll work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.00pm. We’re looking for an organised, proactive communicator who enjoys bringing people, projects and ideas together. To be successful in this role, you’ll bring: Experience in project coordination, communications, stakeholder engagement, or a similar role. Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build positive relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused approach. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools. Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi and working with Māori.
