Secondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, Certificated teacher Technology Botany Downs Secondary College is a high-performing, multicultural secondary school in East Auckland and a Microsoft Global Showcase School, with innovative learning environments, excellent facilities, and a strong commitment to student success and future-focused learning. We seek an inspiring, collaborative, and student-centred digital technologies teacher to teach Years 9-13 and support students to develop confidence, creativity, and capability in digital learning. Preferred skills include Advanced Python, web design using Visual Studio, Illustrator and Photoshop, and database work using Microsoft Access and SQL. The successful applicant will be a reflective practitioner, contribute to curriculum innovation, and support young people to build the digital, problem-solving, and future-focused skills needed to achieve their personal best.
