Job Description
Transam is seeking an Afternoon Shift Supervisor in Auckland to lead the afternoon shift team (two Drivers and one Planner/Dispatcher). You will allocate work, coordinate operations, monitor performance and support staff to meet customer and business requirements. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on management across depot, transport, dispatch and container control, with hours from 3.30pm to 12 midnight, Monday to Friday.
