Financial Accountant

Due to busy operations they are seeking a hands on and experiencedFinancial Accountant to be a part of their close knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys being actively involved in the day-to-day operations of a business and wants to make a meaningful contribution. About the role: This is a full time, office based role. Itwould suit someone who thrives in a busy collaborativeenvironment. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting business operations, and providing insightful financial reporting to help drive their on - going growth. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations Budgeting and forecasting processes Ensuring the company meetscompliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards Assist with payroll Monitor cash flow and financial controls Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Requirements Previous similar experience as a Company Accountant/Financial Accountant – ideally 3+ years CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification - essential Tech savvy and proficient with accounting ERP systems and modern tools Highly motivated and a team player Strong analytical and problem-solving skills In return: Competitive remuneration Career progression and growth Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to work closely with senior management Staff events and team-building activities #J-18808-Ljbffr
