What you'll be doing: As our Operations Supervisor, you'll be right in the middleof the action, ensuring our operation runs safely, efficiently, and profitably. Working Monday - Friday, 06:30 - 17:00 (with a weekend roster to accommodate business and seasonal demands when needed), y ou'll be responsible for: Leadingand supporting our driving and dispatch teams Buildingstrong relationships with customers and delivering outstanding service Overseeingdaily operational activities and fleet utilisation Identifyingopportunities to improve performance and efficiency Supportinggrowth within the operation and helping drive future success Workingclosely with management to achieve operational and financial objectives This is a role for someone who enjoys working across a broad range of operational responsibilities, takingownership, solving problems, and making things happen.
