Auckland Council is seeking a Lead Lifeguard at Birkenhead Pool and Leisure Centre. This permanent part-time role involves leading aquatic programmes, ensuring safety, and supporting daily operations to deliver excellent customer experiences. You will be a strong communicator, engage in a flexible 28-hour week with potential up to 40 hours in holidays, and be capable of early, late, and weekend shifts to cover seven days.
