As a Cleaning Assistant at CHT Lansdowne , you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment. You’ll use a range of cleaning equipment and techniques to ensure facilities are presented to the highest standards while supporting the wellbeing of residents, staff, and visitors. This is a Permanent position with 25 hours guaranteed per week. Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, and facility surfaces to a high standard. Perform routine cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, waste removal, and sanitising. Maintain hard and soft floor surfaces and respond promptly to spills and urgent cleaning requirements. Replenish cleaning and bathroom supplies and ensure equipment is clean and well maintained. Follow all company cleaning, health & safety, and hygiene procedures while delivering excellent customer service. Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred. A reliable and hardworking individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude. Physically fit and comfortable performing manual cleaning duties. Flexible, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
