What your day could look like: Guiding customers through their vehicle journey – from the first interaction and beyond, with warmth, care, and professionalism Building lasting relationships and creating memorable experiences for every customer Working closely with our Sales, Finance & Insurance, Service, Parts, and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience Staying up to date with Toyota’s latest models, technology, and hybrid innovations Maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth running of daily Toyota Store operations Helping to support our community alongside our wider team About you: You're genuine, positive, and motivated by helping others. Whether you're experienced in sales or looking to grow into it, you bring curiosity, resilience, and take pride in doing what you say you will.
