How you will make an impact Work with our customers to deliver Azure & Microsoft 365 platform security projects. Day to day you will: Provide the very best subject matter expertise and advice to our customers Work through customer specifications and develop solutions in line with defined requirements Produce high-quality reports and presentations for senior customer stakeholders Conduct customer meetings and workshops Manage customer expectations, communicate effectively, and develop professional relationships with customers Work closely with team to ensure project delivery meet customer expectations Be involved in IP development and repeatability Facilitate communication, partnerships, and cross-pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with a diverse range of customers, and identify and explore opportunities within existing and new customers Skills & Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft 365 certifications Experience in one or more of the following technologies: Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365 Security Services including Microsoft Sentinel Microsoft Defender Suite Microsoft Purview / Information Protection Azure/Microsoft 365 Security Workloads Microsoft Entra & Identity Governance Modern Endpoint Management (Windows 10 / 11, Intune, AutoPilot, Enterprise Mobility) Microsoft Azure Cloud Platforms Microsoft Azure Application Development Azure DevOps or DevSecOps Azure Security Services Terraform Exposure to the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well Architected Framework (WAF) is advantageous At least 1 year of experience in a Consulting role, ideally in a global consulting firm or large technology company, supporting projects across multiple environments Why CyberCX?
