Switched On Housing is seeking a Delivery Supervisor on a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2027. You will own residential maintenance projects from scoping to completion, work with Kāinga Ora, subcontractors, customers and internal teams, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and high standards. This hands-on role mixes on-site management with behind-the-scenes coordination.
