About the Role We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead HVAC and refrigeration installation projects in Hawke’s Bay. This is a hands‑on leadership role, responsible for supervising trade teams and subcontractors while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise HVAC/refrigeration installation teams and subcontractors Coordinate site activities, materials, and labour to meet project timelines Ensure all works comply with NZ standards, contractual obligations, and safety requirements Carry out hands‑on installation work where required Manage site inductions, risk assessments, and safe work practices Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders Monitor performance, quality, and continuous improvement on site Ensure all documentation, reporting, and site records are completed accurately and on time About You This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong leadership capability and technical HVAC expertise. You will bring: Trade qualification in HVAC/Refrigeration (or similar) At least5years post-trade experience Minimum3 years’ supervisory experience in HVAC/mechanical installations Proven ability to lead and motivate teams on site Strong knowledge of building regulations and industry standards Ability to plan, organise, and deliver projects to deadlines A strong commitment to health & safety and quality workmanship Full, unrestricted NZ Driver Licence What’s in it for you?
