We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following: Proven ability to build trust and rapport with customers over the phone Confident in delivering exceptional customer experiences with empathy Strong questioning, listening and thinking skills to understand customer needs Experienced in providing tailored solutions that support customer outcomes Proficient in understanding general business principles and the small business environment Strong ability to stay calm, focused and solutions oriented in a dynamic setting Experienced in using systems and processes accurately to support customer interactions You do not need to tick every box here to be considered.
