Mobile Driver Customer Services - Collections Fixed Term Full time Based out of Hamilton – with travel to Bay of Plenty, Hawkes Bay, Taranaki and Gisborne. A role with a difference Are you passionate about delivering great customer experiences and enjoy being on the road every week? We're looking for a new colleague with excellent customer skills who holds a Heavy Vehicle Licence with a passenger endorsement to join our team! This unique role combines customer service excellence with the responsibility of safely transporting, in a purpose-built truck-bus, colleagues, equipment and supplies to support our blood collection team across the Waikato and Central North Island regions. What you'll be doing Providing friendly and respectful service to donors in person at collection venues. Completing computer-based administration tasks related to the donation process Driving heavy vehicles transporting staff and equipment to and from collection venues. Loading/unloading supplies and equipment safely and efficiently and complete mobile collection set-up. Maintaining accurate vehicle logs. Performing basic vehicle checks and reporting maintenance needs. Representing NZ Blood with professionalism and care while on the road. Salary starting from $62,706 to $70,988 depending on skills & experience. About you You'll have a strong customer service focus with a track record of building relationships and managing your time well. Feel comfortable using computer systems with an eye for detail and an appreciation of the confidential nature of personal information Flexibility to work varying hours and stay out of Hamilton up to 4 week nights per week. Previous experience driving heavy vehicles, a clean driving record and commitment to safety. Physical fitness to handle manual tasks. Drivers Licence - Class 2 and P endorsement essential.
