Experience working with young children across age groups. Excellent communication skills to build strong, respectful relationships with tamariki, whānau,and colleagues. A collaborative team player who contributes to planning, assessment, and reflective practice. A sound understanding of Te Whāriki and the ability to deliver a bicultural curriculum.
